Here’s how we make it easy to ensure your chatbot answers the questions that matter, the way you want it to.

STEP 1

Record Your Tests

Using our Chrome Extension, record conversations with your chatbot. All interactions with the webpage are captured during recording for complex use cases outside of just a chat interface.

The recorded questions are stored as Tests to be replayed at a later time. The Bot's answers are stored as Baselines to compare against for future runs.

STEP 2

Run Your Test Suite

From the application dashboard or Chrome Extension, run your Test Suite containing the earlier recorded Tests.

Each Test will replay the recorded questions and store the new responses. These new responses are compared against its corresponding Baseline response to determine if the Test passes or fails.

STEP 3

Review Your Results

Review the analytics and automatically generated Report in the application dashboard after each Test Suite Run.

You can quickly understand changes in important metrics like Pass Rate, Performance, and Reliability. Drill down into individual Test results to understand the root cause of specific failures.
